Don:Good。I hate cutting onions。They always make me cry。
Tom:I wish we had a food professor。
Don:I know。It take us more time to cut the vegetable than to cook then。

Don:How long has it been since you’re not eat meat?
Tom:I still eat meat。Just not very much。I eat fish once a week。
Don:That’s doesn’t sound natural。
Tom:It’s the way our ancestors lived, a little meat and a lot of vegetables。
Don:I wouldn’t be able to live without a steak。I eat steak almost everyday。
Tom:You better hope you don’t get mad cow disease。
Don:But could a vegetarian diet like this have all the vitamins and minerals you need?I take some vitamin supplements。
Tom:We need antioxidants。But I didn’t like taking pills to get it。
Don:But you need to eat a mountain of food everyday to get all the antioxidants you need。
Tom:I drink green tea。I eat onions, garlic and citrus fruit。I also get nine different colors of vegetables everyday。
Don:All those do have antioxidants, but I want to be on safe side。
Tom:We’ll just have to agree to digress。
Tom:Do you want a glass of wine?
Don:I take one。That’s one health I have。I drink a glass of wine everyday。
Tom:French doctors say that a glass of wine a day is good for your health。
Don:Unfortunately, I also drink beer。Too much of it。

Mary was jogging in the park one early morning, and she saw Vivi.

Mary: Hey Vivi, what are you doing here at 6 in the morning? I thought you
should be sleeping and snoring like a pig in bed.

Vivi: Well, Long story. I stood on the scale last night after shower, and I
found that my weight exceeded 70 kilograms. So I decided to wake up early
everyday and jog for at least 30 minutes.

Mary: Wow...well, I have to be honest with you that you do look a little
chubbier than last time I see you. I thought your boyfriend prefers skinny
girls, then how come he never complains?

Vivi: He does, and that's why I am even more certain that I need to start
working out and eat more healthily.

Mary: Yeah, I've heard that obesity has become a worldwide problem nowadays.
People become too busy to have healthy meals or to take their time eating.

Vivi: Well...in my case, it's not really about not having time to eat
healthy food. It's more of an issue that I don't excercise, and I eat too
much.

Mary: So what do you usually have for meals?

Vivi: McDonald products, and I usually have four meals a day.

Mary: Those are definitely no good for you. I usually have more vegetables
than meat or starch for lunch and dinner.

Vivi: I dream about more vegetables than I actually eat.

Mary: Haha. It's ok ,Vivi. It is ok to be fat, but not THIS fat. We should
come up with a plan for you to go on a diet.

Vivi: Yeah, I would love to do that. What do you have in mind?

Mary: We will meet here in the park everyday and excercise. How does that
sound for you?

Vivi: Sure, but what do we eat afterwards?

Mary: I will come up with a menu for both of us. I'm sure that if you eat
like I do, you should lose a lot of weight in no time.

Vivi: That'll be GREAT!!! But where do you find those menus?

Mary: I am a professional nutritionist.

Vivi: So do I need to pay you?

Mary: Of course.

Vivi: Then no thanks. Bye bye.

Mary: There's no ugly woman in the world, there're only fat lazy woman
without money.
